Know a company looking for IT freelancers? Maybe a former client is kicking off a new project, or a colleague mentioned they need help scaling their tech team. Send us the details: name, company, what they need. That is all.
Once ElevateX places a freelancer on the project and the client's first invoice is settled, we transfer 2,000€ to you.

Once they join our community and complete their first project month, you earn 250€.

Once the referral converts: project staffed and first invoice paid, or freelancer completes their first project month. Your reward lands in your account.

1 Project reward: a successfully placed project is defined as one staffed by ElevateX where the client's first invoice (or second, if billed monthly, whichever comes first) has been paid in full. 2 Freelancer reward: a successful freelancer referral is defined as a project lasting at least one month at full-time capacity where the client's first monthly invoice has been settled.

No redemption process, no vouchers. When your referral converts, we transfer cash directly to your bank account.
No strings attached
You do not need to be a current ElevateX client or freelancer to refer someone. Anyone who knows the right people qualifies.
You set no limit
There is no cap on how many referrals you can make. Refer five projects this year and earn up to 10,000€.
